Main Process of Small Palm Oil Production Line
1. The palm bunches are conveyed using a vertical hoist to the top inlet
Vertical feeding by electric motor, automatic discharge 130Kg/hopper after reaching the top
2. Small type Sterilizer
High-temperature sterilization for 65 minutes at a temperature of 145掳C
After the completion of the anti-fermentation, the material discharging door is opened , after finished discharge close the material discharging door for the next loading cycle
3. Digester & presser
After the palm fresh fruit sterilizing is completed, it enters the desiccator and shedding the fruit
The fruit is conveyed to the mashing tank by screw conveyor
The mashing tank will break the fruit and heat it and discharge it to the press
The press squeezes the oil and the cake is used as a fuel for a steam boiler
4. Pressed palm fibres and nuclei burn as boiler fuel
Extruded oil is storaged after filtration and clarification
Boiler equipped with boiler water treatment system
Advantages of small palm oil processing plant:
1. The equipment adopts modular assembly, and each unit is a container.
2. The equipment unit forms the height difference. The fluid and material can use the height difference to reduce the use of the pump body of the conveying equipment, thus reducing the energy consumption;
