Under the action of negative pressure air flow, dusty gas enters the dust removal body from the inlet of the dust extractor cartridge filter. Through the filtration of filter bag, dust is separated from the air flow, and purified clean gas is discharged from the filter bag into the clean gas chamber. When the dust is filtered through the filter bag, the dust remains on the outer surface of the bag to form a ash cake layer. When the filter dust reaches a certain thickness or a certain time, the dust collector operation resistance increases. In order to control the resistance within a limited range (generally 120~150mmH2O), the dust collector is equipped with a differential pressure transmitter (or pressure control instrument) or time relay. The pressure difference between the dust removal chamber and the clean gas chamber is detected online. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, a signal is sent to the pulse controller, and the pulse controller gives an instruction to trigger the opening of each pulse valve in sequence, so that the compressed air in the air bag is sprayed to the corresponding filter bag through the holes of the blowpipe, resulting in the rapid expansion of the filter bag. Due to the reverse action of air flow, the dust accumulated on the filter bag falls off. After the pulse valve is closed, the reverse air flow is generated again, which makes the filter bag shrink rapidly, forming an expansion and contraction, and the filter bag expands and contracts and jitter. The powder accumulated on the outside of the filter bag falls off due to the inertia action, so that the filter bag is updated. The removed dust falls into an ash hopper in the lower part of the dust extractor cartridge filter.

The differential pressure transmitter is used to measure the pressure difference between the dust extractor cartridge filter cartridge and the dust gas chamber, and is transmitted to the control room. When the pressure difference reaches the set value, a signal is sent to instruct the pulse controller to operate, and then the pulse valve is used to reverse blow the filter bag and complete the periodic renewal of the filter bag. When the differential pressure transmitter exceeds the low limit set value, the differential pressure transmitter sends a signal indicating that the dust extractor cartridge filter bag has been damaged and should be stopped for maintenance.

An air locking aircraft is installed under the ash hopper, which can discharge ash from ash bucket collection into ash storage under negative pressure operation.
