The motor is directly connected with the cycloid reducer, and the two output shafts of the reducer drive the two horizontally arranged stirring shafts to rotate at the same speed in the reverse direction through two pairs of open gears. The feeding system is composed of a hoisting mechanism, a feeding frame, a hopper, and a feeding nozzle. The brake motor drives the reel to rotate through the reducer, and the wire rope pulls the hopper to climb along the rail of the loading rack. When it climbs to the preset height, a pair of rollers on the bucket door at the bottom of the hopper enter the water rail of the loading rack, and the bucket door opens automatically. The material is put into the mixing drum through the feed nozzle. The unloading system is composed of unloading door, air pump, reversing valve, air valve, cylinder, electrical and other mechanisms. The unloading door is at the bottom of the mixer. The pneumatic unloading and the opening and closing positions of the unloading door are controlled by an air cylinder. The seal of the unloading door can be ensured by adjusting the position of the sealing strip. The unloading manual operating lever is used for emergency unloading in the event of a temporary power failure and unloading when the cylinder fails. It should be removed at ordinary times to prevent injuries. Operation precautions: 1. After the machine is powered on, the power indicator and the fault indicator are on. 2. When the mixer is working, the flush switch should be turned off. 3. When the hopper is raised, it is strictly prohibited to stand under the hopper to avoid accidental injury. 4. During the mixing process, the machine must not be stopped at will. If an accident occurs in the middle, the unloading door must be opened immediately, and 50% of the material must be manually unloaded, and the machine can be started after troubleshooting.
