Some people roll their eyes when they hear the word “budget,” but it’s a powerful tool to help you myprepaidcenter balance reach your financial goals. A budget helps you prioritize saving, debt repayment and spending.

It can also help you track your prepaid balance, especially when fees are involved. However, some prepaid cards charge fees to check your balance, so it’s important to understand what these fees are and how to avoid them.
How to Access Your Prepaid Balance

When you want to add more credits to your prepaid balance, click “Buy More” upon login (upper-right corner), or open the Prepaid Accounts Billing tab. Then select the desired amount of additional credit to be added to your prepaid account. Once you generate and pay a credit invoice, your prepaid balance will be updated with the additional credit.

You can also manually update the prepaid balance of any client by clicking the Prepaid Accounts button in the Clients pull-down menu on their dashboard. This opens the prepaid accounts page, which displays all of their credits, debits, pending charges, and who has permission to use these services.

To share a prepaid balance with a team member, select the “Share Access” button in the Prepaid Accounts section. Then enter the email address of the team member you wish to invite. If the user does not have a UI account, they will receive an invitation to create one and then can access their prepaid balance from their dashboard.

Any unused portions of a prepaid balance can be refunded to the original payment method. To refund a portion of a prepaid balance, select the Refund Prepaid Account Balance button in the Prepaid Accounts section.
